My approach

An engaging facilitator connects people, concepts and ideas and makes learning fun.

Whether I am working with business leaders, staff 'in amongst it', people with disabilities or school students I harness the creativity, knowledge and energy of the participants and work to their strengths.

I know that the facilitator can make or break the experience, and is often the only difference between a ‘waste of time’ and a session that leaves you energised, inspired and empowered. I get great satisfaction from designing and delivering workshops and learning programs that are transformative.

I’ll start with the ‘why’ and ask what learning and community-building outcomes you want for your group and the context of the project. We’ll also talk through the logistics of who, what, where & when and I’ll provide you with a quote.

Program Design

Once we’ve discussed the needs of your organisation and the participants I will move to the ‘how’. If needed, I can collaborate with you to design the program and find fresh ways to deliver material that you’ve already developed. I will then present you with a program design for your feedback.
