My background spans over 20 years in theatre, applied improvisation and inclusive performance practice alongside organisational facilitation.

I work across Melbourne and regional Victoria, and travel nationally when required.
I’ll start with the ‘why’ and ask what learning and community-building outcomes you want for your group and the context of the project. We’ll also talk through the logistics of who, what, where & when and I’ll provide you with a quote.
Once we’ve discussed the needs of your organisation and the participants I will move to the ‘how’. If needed, I can collaborate with you to design the program and find fresh ways to deliver material that you’ve already developed. I will then present you with a program design for your feedback.

Yes. I work mostly in Melbourne and regional Victoria, but I also travel nationally and internationally when required. I'm an active parent, so short stints away from home are my preference.
I clarify desired outcomes at the beginning of each engagement and design sessions to move toward those specific behavioural or cultural shifts. I love thorough evaluation, so if you'd like more than a feedback survey at the end, I'm alrady on board!
